Q -  "I'm a bit confused between the BC first time home buyer and the CRA home buyers plan. I know under the CRA plan you can requalify after 7 years. I bought with my boyfriend almost 7 years ago. So this is tricky for me and I'm wondering if you've worked through this before?"
