We purchased our house in Trout Lake area with the outstanding services of Darius.  He is very knowledgeable in his field as there were some major hurdles to overcome to make our purchase possible. He had our best interest in mind at all times and I believe he is one of the best negotiators in the business.  I actually met Darius when I worked in the real estate business and had an inside look on his work ethic and knowledge of the real estate market.  So as an ex-realtor using Darius as a Realtor must show that he is definitely above par in the Realtor pool.
I would recommend anyone to Darius and would at the very least get his opinion on any real estate transaction.

As a first time home buyer, Darius was not only helpful but indispensable - a word I thought I would never use to describe a real estate agent after my first encounters with them. I'd been looking on-line for about four months in a very specific neighbourhood (Strathcona) with a specific price range, and listings were few and far between. Whenever I did see something, if I could get the real estate agent to even call me back, it would be for a "viewing" at an inconvenient time with the potential of 20 or 30 competing buyers.

It all changed after I sat down with Darius. Within 3 weeks of our first meeting I'd put in an offer (without competing bids) on the perfect place, where I'm now very happily living. He coordinated everything, and I mean everything, to make it not only stress-free, but actually fun. When I signed the final papers at VanCity, I casually commented on how easy the whole thing was, and was told "It's not always like this, you're very lucky, you picked a really good real estate agent".

I recently had the pleasure of having Darius list a family home in Vancouver.   The house was an estate sale and Darius was a master at handling various distraught members of the family. He was quick to respond to all calls and met with family members whenever needed.

His input on the clean up of the property was invaluable.  Darius understood the area and helped us come to a listing price that we were all happy with. 

We wanted to sell quickly and he organized an open house three days after the house was listed.  I know Darius canvassed the neighborhood to make sure there was a good show of people.  This large crowd kept the excitement level high at the open house and the property sold that weekend above list price. 

I wouldn't hesitate to have Darius as my agent in the future, whether I was a buyer or a seller.
